Our core business focuses on the design, production, and sales of four major categories: automotive fasteners, stamped parts, worm-drive hose clamps, and U-bolts, offering over 1,000 product varieties.

With a registered capital of RMB 50 million, the company employs over 300 staff, including more than 30 senior managers and professional engineers. We operate 7 advanced production lines—covering bolts, clamps, stamping, U-bolts, heat treatment, powder coating, and Dacromet coating—with over 500 sets of equipment. Our annual production capacity includes 18,000 tons of fasteners, 5,000 tons of stamped parts, and 12,000 tons of U-bolts.

To ensure top product quality, we have introduced advanced inspection systems, including horizontal threaded fastener testing machines, computerized universal testing machines, X-ray coating thickness gauges, metallographic microscopes, and over 20 sets of precision testing equipment.

We are equipped with advanced inspection equipment covering dimensional measurement, thread testing, hardness testing, tensile strength evaluation, salt spray corrosion testing, and metallographic analysis. Key instruments include digital calipers, thread gauges, Rockwell hardness testers, universal tensile machines, salt spray chambers, and metallographic microscopes. Our comprehensive and systematic inspection procedures ensure that every batch meets customer specifications and industry standards.

Certified under the IATF16949 quality system, Liyou uses over 20 sets of testing equipment including X-RAY coating thickness testers, metallographic microscopes, and horizontal fastener testing systems to ensure quality and consistency.
